  • Road trip on northern Gotland and Fårö

This is the second brev about my one week roadtrip around Gotland in the summer of After I had spent two nights in my tent on the southern parts of GotlandI made my way to the nordlig parts. inom spent three nights at a vandrarhem in Bunge and used that as a hub for discovering the nordlig parts of Gotland and Fårö.

The first part where I write about southern Gotland you can find here.

    S:t Olofsholm (1)

After inom had visited Roma inom drove to the northeastern parts of the island and to S:t Olofsholm. By S:t Olofsholm there’s a small nature reserve with an old wind mill and a port for small boats. inom took a short walk in the nature reserve before inom headed to the port. It was really hot this day so inom sat down in the shadow and had middag to cool down. After that inom spent the rest of the afternoon on the beach just reading, sun bathing and taking a dip every now and then. The beach was pretty nice but there were a lot of seaweed. inom don’t know if it’s always like that, but that takes down the grade a bit.

When inom felt inom had enough of the sun it was time to head to the place inom was gonna stay in Bunge. inom had some dinner in the tow
